Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Salesforce and deep knowledge of configuring Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) to do projects and support work. Would prefer a local candidate. This would be a long term contract of 6 to 12 months.



Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards.

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.

Use SF Connector for passing data to and from multiple SFDC instances.

Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.

Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org.

Collaborate and train other team members.

Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.

Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery.



Qualifications

Four year college degree or equivalent course work.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.

Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and configuration is a must.

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.

Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding

Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.

Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects.

Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.

Ability to work with diverse departments across an organization.

Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.

Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement.

Support day to day application incident and Support requests.
