JOB DESCRIPTION :
Looking 3-5 years of candidate
Collaborating with health care consultants across the country to integrate and analyze data from various sources.
- Working effectively with external vendors for task like secure data transmission, data validation etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated abilities to handle multiple concurrent projects effectively with varying tasks and priorities and minimal supervision.
- The candidate must be motivated, inquisitive and able to readily take ownership of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of solid SAS Programming experience.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare claims processing and analysis experience.
- Strong command of health care claims and financial analysis.
- Experiencing working with benefits data, medical claims, pharmacy claims and other healthcare data.
- Excellent problem solving, data and analytical skills.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of relational database design concepts.
- Experience with health care codes like ICD9, ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG etc.
- Experience with HIPPA, PHI and data security standards.
