Job Description:
JD for React JS developer
a) Overall experience of 5-8 years as developer/Sr. Developer/Lead Developer
b) 3-4 years of solid experience in React JS (developing User Interface) – Primary evaluation criteria
c) Experience in working with Scrum Teams
Some backend knowledge
Strong Hands-on experience in UI development with React JS & Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap 3/4, jQuery, ES6/Typescript, SASS in all the frameworks.
Should have strong programming skills and good knowledge in modern JS frameworks.
Can work Stand alone as well as a team member in an Agile Environment.
Take ownership of tasks and deliver on time.
Should be able to communicate well to ensure blockers are called out.
Implementation knowledge of front-end development standards, design patterns, best practices or guidelines
Exposure with NPM/Node.js, Database, REST, Webpack, Git and Unit testing will be a plus.
Exposure to ES Lints and Jest and Enzyme frameworks would be a plus.
Experience in Agile Methodologies/Scrum Model
Hands on knowledge on improving the Performance of JavaScript with various toolsets.
Deployment process (CI/CD) understanding.
Able to work with multiple stake holders and understand the big picture.
Atleast 2 years in architecture on ReactJS/JSX, redux, or similar Stack
