Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a UX ninja, motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. They will be leading a team of Front End Developers and Web Graphic Designers to make the B2B web presence.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, layout and coding of web pages (desktop, responsive, mobile), applications and email templates
A/B testing and heat mapping for CRO
Optimize for search engines, usability and accessibility
Participate in user interface design for projects
Create mocks and prototypes for usability testing
Create CSS that are consistent across all browsers and platforms
Project management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Responsive design expert
Mandatory FED fluency; HTML(5)/CSS(3)/JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap/Respo nsive
Mandatory hands-on design capabilities; Photoshop/PSD and HTML5 wire framing
Experience leading creative and dev teams
Project management skills are a must
Strong SEO understanding
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
Spring and JSPs knowledge are suggested
hybris certification and front-end familiarity is a plus
Experience with mobile web application development is a plus
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor''s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Requires advanced understanding of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, browsers, ASP pages, object-oriented technology, and other design-related or graphics applications. Requires knowledge of commercial web tools and protocols. Uses a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Expert Search Engine Optimization understanding. Responsive design expert. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools. Strong leadership ability.
