Job Description
8-12 Years of total IT experience with 3-5 years of IT project management experience traditional or Agile methodologies• Hands-on experience with MS Project and JIRA• Deep understanding and practical implementation of Project Management Institute’s Process Groups(initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) and Knowledge Areas (Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management)• Above par grasp and practical implementation of Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc.• Understands concept of individual-leadership, one who can set the project up for success by collaborating with all stakeholders and ultimately leading the project to success.• Above par written, verbal and presentation skills.
Certifications like PMP, ACP, CSM, CSPO will be a plus• Experience in Pharmaceutical domain will be a plus• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) will be a plus
Managing customer side projects including multiple vendors implementation of project Management Institute’s Process Groups(initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) and Knowledge Areas (Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management In case of Agile projects, implementation of Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc.
