Job Description:


The Front End Web Developer is responsible for the development, analysis and usability testing of B2B and B2C web portals, mobile, tablet and web applications. Must be an expert in HTML and CSS with a strong understanding of how to construct flexible designs to display across multiple browsers, screen sizes, platforms, and devices. Candidate must have experience in developing user interfaces that showcase the user’s ability to perform their tasks intuitively.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with experienced designers, developers and multimedia specialists in creating cutting edge and engaging applications and interactive media. The qualified individual will be able to develop/design graphic assets and prototypes using HTML/CSS and heavy JavaScript. Experience with mobile UI development is preferred. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced, dedicated, self-starter who has a proven track record in innovation and successful implementations of outstanding products. He/she must have an eye for an extreme level of detail. The perfect candidate is also a team player and skillful communicator. Having a desire to develop expertise in technology as it relates to learning and development is a plus. The ability to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines is critical.

Develop original web portals and applications focused on user-centered design.

Create screen/web page prototypes to review, gather analysis and make necessary adjustments by incorporating usability testing feedback.

Understanding of Agile development practices.

Strong visual development skills: Latest web technology trends, color, and typography.
