Position: Senior Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with OTL
Location: Sacramento, CA
Interview: Phone & Skype
Duration: 4-6+ months with possibility of extension (s)

Skills: Oracle, OTL, HR.

Position Summary:
At least have 10 years of exp.

1. Oracle HRMS modules techno functional consultant should have hands on experience on Oracle HRMS modules like Core HR, Payroll, SSHR & OTL.
2. Candidate must have 2-5 years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle HRMS modules.

3. Exposure on Oracle eBusiness Suite technical components like RICE components, Workflows, AME, WEB ADI and Interfaces.

4. Candidate should be able to gather, define and configure system requirements in Oracle HRMS. This includes the configuration of Business Processes, instance set-up, and security.

5. Experience in Saudi legislation would be an added advantage.
6. Candidate should be willing to work across India & Abroad.

Must have great comm skills.
