The need someone to migrate repos. They have source code in pvcs version manager that needs to be migrated to Git.
The code is written in C#/.NET

Job description:
Our current vision is that this person will:
1. Come in and understand the current structure of the source code (all C# .NET) to be migrated. This requires experience with C# .NET so code can be fetched, built, and debugged if needed;
2. Write a migration plan, present it to the department managers and developers in order to solicit feedback, then revise and get everybody onboard with the plan;
3. Upon getting the plan approved, this person will be responsible for setting up Bitbucket Git in our environment (including working with our IS Department or HelpDesk), migrating source code from PVCS Version Manager to Bitbucket Git, verifying that the executables built from the Bitbucket Git repository match those built from the PVCS Version Manager repository, etc… and implementing all other details as written in the plan.
4. Once the migration is complete, this person will train our developers on using Bitbucket Git for source code management.
5. Should this person be able to offer other expertise in the arena of implementing DevOps such as build automation or test automation, extension of the contract certainly be considered…
