JOB DESCRIPTION ;


Experience in CRM or customer facing web technologies especially in Customer, Service and Marketing areas
5-10 years of experience working in full life cycle software implementation projects
Independently managing assignments / mini-projects – Understand what is needed, resource Coordination , tracking the work items and reporting out
Presentation skills – Creating high quality documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Ability to present it well and follow through with the notes and updates
Able to handle multiple work assignments and previous work experience being a bridge between business and Technical teams.
Experience doing business case analysis for the requirements involving Cost, Benefit, risks and Impact
Talk to Business Users and understand what functionality they need
Talk to Technical People and understand (technically speaking) what the tech team needs to do specifically to create the technological functionality
They need to create documentation that all parties can read and utilize (both Business and Technology) to capture what is getting done (and why and how)
This resource needs to understand tech lingo but does not have to be a full blown technical writer
They need to be good at eliciting and gathering requirements
Well spoken
Well written
Can speak to both tech and non-tech people with ease
