Business Analyst
We have an opening for a Business Analyst position. This is an onsite contract position.
We are implementing an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP The program we are implementing is Acumatica. Acumatica is replacing Mas500 (Sage product The employee currently in the position is leaving in December. We would like to fill this position ASAP so that the current employee can train on what has been done so far. We are going live with Acumatica in early 2018.
It does not have to be with Acumatica, but ERP implementation experience is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
This position takes instruction from the Director of Information Technology.
The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the development, design and product management teams. The Business Analyst works closely with our business and technology partners. The BA is negotiator and a problem solver.
Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures. Experience writing procedures is a must have.
Work with developers, user experience designers, subject matter experts and compliance teams to obtain a well-rounded understanding of what is being asked for and our ability to deliver it within the constraints of our environment.
Juggle multiple projects and initiatives at any given time, all with aggressive delivery expectations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree within a technical field.
Superior verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships at all levels of seniority
Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills. Have experience in a lead role in a large program.

Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology
This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to switch gears quickly and often.
Comfortable interacting with all persons from peers to upper management Strong attention to detail
Hours
Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch– some overtime may be needed as this moves into the final phase.
