Job Description:
o Strong communication skills; ability to analyze, synthesize and articulate complex ideas into layman''s terms to multiple levels of the organization; technical writing skills as needed for documentation.
o Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with and work effectively with diverse groups of people.
o Ability to establish a network and build trusted relationships among key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to understand problems and needs of the business
o Functional knowledge of the usage and functions of network operating systems, relational database technologies, application architectures (thin client computing, client server systems, web-based systems
o Create artifacts as appropriate to the success of the project. Including but not limited to process flows, integration diagrams, user stories and use cases
o Provides oversight with design specifications, workflows, needs requirements gathering
and technical deliverables of projects managed by other team members.
o Experience gathering and managing business requirements, technical requirements and system design within the SDLC.
o Work on multiple projects simultaneously to provide technical and functional assistance.
o Provide input into and support the design process, working with Technical Leads, Developers, and Data Modelers.
o Have experience advocating for the business owners, product owners, and users throughout implementations
o Experience working in Agile project methodologies
o Understanding of Cloud, SDWAN, SDN-NFV and/or telco development experience
Preferred Skills:
o Advanced level of competency with office productivity tools such as MS Office and process mapping tools such as Visio
o Understanding of Conceptual Data Models and Domain Modeling
o Knowledge of OSI Layered Networks L1-L7, and internet technologies
o Ability to formulate data mapping specs for technology team is a plus
