Primary Skills :
Converting Crystal Reports to YSR/SSRS, Yardi 7s, SSRS, SQL
Required:
2-3 years of experience with creating and managing SQL and SSRS databases
Crystal Reports to YSR / SSRS
Yardi 7s Software Experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual ability
Ability to create specifications from complex financial and business requirements
Yardi Commercial experience strongly preferred.
Experience working on accounting/finance database schema.
Experience working with Excel and macros.
Experience with SSRS.
Skilled at optimizing large & complicated SQL statements.
Must have strong time management skills and be detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interface with all levels of employees
Strong oral and written communication skills
