On behalf of our client Procom Services is looking for a Software Engineer with Automated Testing experience.
Our client is open to remote work for this role.

Duration: 1 to 3 years
Rate: Open/DOE
Looking for someone who has a passion and desire for testing, scripting, and examining how things work internally. Develops test plans and test cases. Develops automated tests. Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes. Works with multiple development teams and software projects.
Experience with a test tracking software package is desired. Most automation will be for their Continuous Integration effort. Familiarity with Jenkins is a must. The target software to test is Openstack, Openshift, Ceph and OVS/DPDK. Familiarity with any of those is a plus.
Preferred language for test scripts is python.
