Job Description :
They have a strong internal staff with members in US, India, and Philippines. They have been live with ITSM full suite (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge) and operate under agile methodology in 3 week sprints. Need someone to come in and support the team with many business interactions and documenting while also doing service catalog requests and communicating status updates. Agile Methodology preferred. -Responsible for understanding how ServiceNow is used by our customers as a reference in discussing new enhancements
-Maintain knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow Products and Platform and impact on our ITSM implementation
-Responsible for gathering Enhancement Request requirements from Stakeholders and translating it into a technical specification document.
-Act as POC for Service Catalog Requests, providing updates to stakeholders on the status of the request and assess feasibility of requests and identify solution to meet request requirements.
-Collaborate and partner with ServiceNow Platform Developers on determining level of effort and ensuring objectives and requirements are met.
-Collaborate and partner with Service Provisioning Analyst in firming up the business requirements document and provide technical and functional consultation aligning to ServiceNow related requests.
-Understand and encourage best practice implementation of ServiceNow to ensure supportability and scalability across the Enterprise Accountability of a request from beginning to end including testing and customer demo as required

-Provide business requirements documentation for new functionality or enhancements into ServiceNow Regular communication with requestors Coordination of demos and testing with requestors to validate functionality

-2-3 years working experience as a Product Specialist or Business Systems Analyst for ServiceNow ITIL Foundations
-Certified v2 or v3 Demonstrated skills in data management, solving problems and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently. Strong oral and written communication skills?
