Overview:
We are seeking an experienced data analysis consultant to join a team of ETL architects and data scientists, to deliver Analytics services and recommendations to a large enterprise customer.
Principal Responsibilities:
Extraction of data from Avaya and third-party applications
Pre-processing of data using ETL tools
Design of predictive analytics dashboards
Providing actionable insights to improve customers'' contact center metrics.
Required:
2-years of experience in Contact Center
2-years consulting experience, specifically with data analysis
Degree in relevant area of study (e.g. mathematics, computer science, economics, business)
