                                                                             Job Title: WalkMe Admin and Tutorial Developer 
Location: Raleigh – on-site / remote
Duration: 6 months to start- will likely extend and could go perm, but no guarantee
Job Summary 
	The Enterprise Sales Applications team is seeking a WalkMe Administrator and Tutorial Developer to join us in Raleigh, NC or as a work-from-home position. In this role, you will ensure successful implementation of the WalkMe solution, including creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Walk-thrus in alignment with product implementation timelines. You’ll work with the Readiness Team and leverage environment managers, business stakeholders, Global Sales Operations, and other internal stakeholders in order to be effective. You will also be responsible for the overall success of the WalkMe solution. 
Primary Job Responsibilities 
	Collaborate with the Readiness team to define Walk-thru scope and requirements for our use in Salesforce.com. Also leverage sprint demos and user stories. 
	Create design documents, build, test, deploy, and maintain Walk-thrus in Salesforce.com, including working with stakeholders to ensure Walk-thrus are current, accurate, and relevant. 
	Identify Walk-thru gaps and work to close them (missing Walk-thrus, outdated Walk-thrus, etc 
	Maintain the WalkMe solution by tracking all feature enhancements, deploying where appropriate, and communicating. 
	Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with WalkMe or coach end-users to resolve. 
	Analyze data related to the use of the WalkMe solution against various KPIs. 
	Complete validation, UAT, and regression testing for all Walk-thru releases. 
	Facilitate translation of Walk-thrus to additional languages. 
	Export Walk-thrus into job aids. 
	Prioritize new Walk-thru requests. 
Required Skills 
	Bachelor’s degree required 
	3-5 years of experience in a software or technology company 
	1-2 years of WalkMe Professional Services or Implementation experience 
	Certified WalkMe Builder (/) 
	Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines 
	Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail 
	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
	Experience working with international teams and projects 
	Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand when needed
