Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills -
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Min. 3 years professional experience within the IT industry, ideally in the financial service branch
- At least 4 years relevant IT service management experience – preferably in IT Change & Release area
- Experience of working in a corporate global environment
- Very good knowledge of IT applications Working knowledge of Service Now Application or similar IT system toolset
- Good knowledge of insurance or financial markets
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage the IT Change & Release management processes
Provide oversight all deployments of code for applications into UAT and Production environments
To manage and support all application releases either personally or using third party vendors
Dedicated point of contact for the project.
Maintain release schedule and ensure release calendar is kept up to date.
Tracking quality and communicating release status to external teams.
