Role Description: Provide ongoing Release Management Support for GBD SOA.
Responsibilities/Details: The individual would be responsible for providing day-to-day support for GBD SOA in accordance with DT RM Best Practices. This includes:
· Actively track and coordinate GBD SOA release scope/contents via JIRA
· Facilitate weekly release meetings to track updates to release contents and assess health and readiness for production and delivery using key release indicators
· Create and maintain JIRA dashboards to monitor release scope, test progress and testing defects
· Escalate critical release issues and risks to management for awareness; assist with mitigation plans
· Track and coordinate all release dependencies with fellow DT Release Managers
· Provide support with implementation planning by leading planning and review sessions
· Coordinate and facilitate all Production releases for GBD SOA
· Guide changes to production in a timely manner through adherence of the Change Management and Enterprise Release Management processes
· Capture production checkout issues and lessons learned during the release to facilitate improvements
