In the role of Salesforce Release Manager you are responsible for the continuous delivery of application releases supporting mission critical services used by the world’s largest enterprises. You leverage product management practices to define and program management practices to lead innovative initiatives focused on customer experience, scalability, continuous delivery and team development. You use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and lead deployments of major product releases, weekly patches, and daily changes in a SaaS environment.

Preferred:
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
Must be familiar with latest DEVOPS tools like GIT HUB, Auto Rabbit, Eclipse , ANT
Ability to handle multiple production deployment across the Orgs
Ability to Resolve SFDC issues arises during deployment
Responsible for coordinating / deploying releases of the software.
Define and implement a standardized deployment process that delivers patches, minor enhancements, and major releases.
Work on automation of the provisioning of servers, deployment of code and general configuration management.
Manage source code for branch and merge strategy.
Architect and design continuous delivery process and automation with internal Amazon tools.
Work with project managers, architects and team leads to come up with the decision for the need of code branches.
Collaborate as a member of an agile team to get products developed and completed with best in class software development/deployment.
Accountable for all aspects of a release plan and support transition plan/production readiness checklist.
Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations
Develop Web Services classes on Force.com platform and WSDL Generation
Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, JQueries to implement complex business requirements
Fluent with SOSL and SOQL , Workflows
Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
Migration of all the Customizations including Custom Configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environment
Customizations of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Approval Processes
Platform Dev1/2 certifications

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 6 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales, Service Cloud implementations on lightning.
