Job Description:
10+ years managing technology and/or delivery teams in a large financial institution
Ability to plan and direct at both senior management level and execution team level - to guide work effectively across interdependent teams
2+ years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer in an Agile environment
Regulatory report and financial services background is highly preferred
Experience in assisting in the execution of product vision
Background in coordination of production support, and continuous improvement of operational workflows and communication, etc.
