Regional Sales Director
EDTS, LLC, and EDTS Cyber, LLC are full-service managed services and managed security firms providing excuse free technology support services, and cyber security solutions to mid-level customers.
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenues to new customers in current markets and in expanded markets.

The Regional Sales Director will manage and mentor Sales Reps selling, with a consultative sales approach.

The position will have up to 10 direct reports covering the southeast region, and is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenues.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively and accurately managing forecasting and pipeline reporting related to revenue, client acquisition, and market growth
Coaching and mentoring outside sales staff with a hands-on approach
Will collaborate with the CEO and others to develop qualified opportunities and create winning RFP responses.
Work with marketing, product management, sales engineers, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies
Develop executive level relationships with clients and partners to advance individual opportunities and client/partner relationships
Build teams and motivating staff to exceed goals

ABOUT YOU

Academic Degree: • BA/BS degree and familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms are required. Information technology certifications preferred.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a successful regional sales manager in a technology related environment with varying deal sizes.

Excellent presentation skills and interaction with internal/external customers
Experience developing and presenting clear and concise sales briefings/meetings
Ability to understand customers'' business, needs, challenges and expectations
Show personal commitment, strong leadership skills and experienced in working in a collaborative environment
Holds team accountable
Is target and success orientated
