Job Descriptions:
Ownership on identify right resources for open requirements through multiple sources like Linkedin, Social media, Job site and working with vendor partners
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Knowledge of recruitment, hiring and employment process
History in finding top candidates through creative sourcing, Internet research and networking
Strong marketing and interpersonal skill
Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationships with internal and external customers
Align hiring results to the Open Requirement Closure goal, expected to share at least 5-8 profiles daily for each open requirement ?
Proactively talk with Clients and understand their resource demand and plan the recruitment process ?
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation ?
Work closely with Hiring Managers and Account team to evolve capabilities to support emerging ?open requirements
