Location– Princeton, NJ
Biogensys is a staffing agency located in Princeton, New Jersey working with direct clients like State and Federal, Pharma, Implementation partners. We are currently seeking multiple recruiters for our new location. Recent Graduates and OPTs with high energy, detail oriented, self-motivated to join our fast-paced, rapidly-growing environmental consulting firm.
Job Description:
Screen and identify candidates for specific opportunities
Post job opportunities on Social Media Board
Research and qualify candidates via the internet and Social Media tools including LinkedIn and Facebook
Make initial candidate contact and build relationships/networks with prospective candidate’s Solid expertise and experience in passive candidate recruiting techniques
Significantly contribute to the candidate pipeline on a weekly basis
Assist in writing clear and effective job descriptions
Excellent writing skills required
Upload resumes to company database, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct reference checks, and originate offer letters
Required Experience and Capabilities:
High energy with exceptional levels of responsiveness
Must have a passion for Recruitment.
Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and flexible
Preferred experience with Non-Medical, Medical or healthcare recruitment
6 months to a year experience in Recruiting
Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone
Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone)
Internet researching skills
Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative and drive
Organized with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
Experience with Social Media networking, in particularly LinkedIn
Thorough knowledge of and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors
