Description:
Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, client departments and external constituencies on matters pertaining to employment and staffing.
Responsible for partnering with Recruiters and Hiring managers to deliver high quality professional and executive level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.
Advise on recruiting and employment processes, procedures and requirements. Interpret applicable employment policies, procedures and requirements, including applicant selection processes, to ensure adherence to federal /state employment laws and regulations, and Client employment policies and practices. Research applicable policies and procedures, and recommend solutions to resolve employment and recruitment issues.
Post jobs on the Client website and work with client departments on posting options and close dates in the system. Review posting information provided to ensure completion and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and EEO employment regulations: develop and recommend modifications to existing employment policies and practices as needed.
Advise and follow up with client departments and HR Generalists to ensure appropriate completion of recruitment and selection processes in CATS (Applicant Tracking System) for each filled position consistent with federal guidelines.
Serve as resource for prospective applicants, providing information on available Client positions, status of a recruitment or assistance in applying through CATS.
Conduct full-life cycle recruiting services for selected executive, management, senior-level, and strategic positions within multiple fields.
Create strategic recruiting campaigns to recruit specific groups of positions at multiple levels (i.e. finance, IT, student affairs, human resources, etc.

Requirements:
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a broad and diverse audience, but especially to managers and candidates.
Experience developing effective outreach and diversity recruitment strategies.
Experience providing effective customer service and follow-through in a high-volume work environment, including listening to customer needs, responding appropriately in a timely manner.
