Job Title: Receptionist
Duration: 8 Weeks
Location: San Francisco, CA

Requirements:
Greet visitors and callers, answer visitor inquiries, direct visitors to appropriate contacts, sort mail, answer incoming calls and arrange appointments for guests to meet with company staff.
Support onsite events such as happy hours/company events/meet ups.
Occasional support to senior leaders onsite, and assist with their needs when needed.
Issue visitor badges to Clients guests.
Maintain front desk, kitchen/break room, and conference room cleanliness.
Shipping and Receiving.
Perform office administration and support as the first business contact that a person will meet at Client.
Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or in an admin/receptionist in a corporate role is highly desirable
