Position Title : RTR – ERP Design Analyst (Accounting / Finance, SAP FI-CO, SAP general, Basic Office, Communications )
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration : 6 Months

Must Have Experience:
Strong understanding of RTR functional business processes and integration of SAP FI/CO with touch points in STP, PTP, DPS, OTC.
Strong time management and process documentation skills.
Experience in SAP ERP implementation blueprint (design), realization (build), test, cutover, hypercare.
Experience in conducting workshops and excellent customer facing skills.
Experience with project testing tools (e.g. HP Quality Center
Solution Manager experience
Charm Management experience

Summary:
Analyst position that designs SAP ERP solutions to meet functional business needs. The right candidate brings relevant SAP experience and business process knowledge to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP solution. The ideal candidate is able to work with a high degree of ambiguity and work with stakeholders to identify business requirements.

Describe position and how it relates to the team and overall project.
This position will work cross functionally within the business and the project team to define requirements and deliver the integrated system and process solution in the Finance space.

Responsibilities/Functions:

Blueprint
Works closely with business stakeholders to define and document current and future state business process.
Prepare and lead business blue print and design review workshops.
Gather and analyze requirements, coordinate approval from business process owner. Critically review requirements for gaps and out of scope requests.
Works with Solution Integration to design SAP solutions that support the business process.
Perform gap analysis to communicate differences between current state and SAP process.
Engage and communicate with business and project stakeholders to gain alignment on design direction, future state SAP functionality and change impacts to the business.
Create and maintain documentation (process definition documents, process flows, requirements
Support Design and Build of System and Process Solution:
Configures the SAP system to meet business requirements
Ensures “standard” and “best practices” are utilized in the solution.
Perform functional testing to verify configuration and development code.
Coordinates and supports cross functional data creation and testing.
Identify master data and transactional needs and coordinate the gathering, extraction and load to SAP, following business governance.
Update documentation (process definition documents, process flows, requirements
Training and Organizational Change Management
Evaluate and communicate the impact of new SAP process to business units.
Lead workshops and other meetings with the business to communications needed to provide the business with a clear understanding of the impact of new SAP enabled processes.
Create detailed training materials and deliver end user training.
Assist in the training of Super User Trainers.
Identify readiness actions needed to prepare for the implementation of the new process and coordinate with the organization readiness team.
System Testing:
Define test requirements needed to ensure a high quality implementation.
Define detailed test procedures.
Assist the testing team with planning and scheduling tests. Identify cross functional dependencies.
Execute tests working closely with cross functional teams and document results.
Integrate financial validations into larger cross-functional tests.
Work with off-shore resources to ensure high quality testing.
Cutover
Support cross functional planning for cutover and data loads.
Participate in mock data loads and cutover rehearsals and the go-live production cutover.
Support final solution
Provide end user support and resolve tickets during the hypercare phase.
Project Management
Must be able to take general direction, organize and plan the work and execute according to the project timeline.
Track and follow up on action items with stakeholder. Escalate issues to leadership.
Other Expectations:
This is an on-site assignment. Arrive by 10:00AM on Mondays, depart after 3:00PM on Thursdays.
At certain points in the project, extended hours in the evenings and/or weekends will be required, included added time on-site.
Will be responsible for on time completion of deliverables in the following phases of the project according to defined timelines and project standards.
