Roles & Responsibilities :
RSAA Resource with excellent Technical Skills to propose right solution, track the dependencies in a large program, interact with stake holders to close the dependencies, resolve complex technical issues, guide junior developers etc.
Production Support for RSA Two-factor Authentication Adaptive Authentication application
production support of critical business applications utilizing Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services
Create and modify technical design documents and technical specifications.
Coordinate activities with project stakeholders from Development Teams, internal groups, Middleware, DBA and other technical groups
Coordinating installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quick resolution of problems of the most complex nature
