Candidates must be self-starters with a technical background along with the aptitude to learn and assist in using technology tools employed by Trinet. Technology tools include TriNet’s RPA (robotic process automation) platform - Automation Anywhere, Weblogic, Tomcat, Linux as well as in house tools using technologies such as SQL, Excel, Microsoft Access, Informatica Cloud Services. These tools are used to increase the productivity and efficiency of back office operation tasks
This position will be the TriNet’s System adminstrator & also assists in the support and maintenance of pre-defined and scheduled automation tasks as well as on-demand custom tasks requested by users. The position will be required to understand and document the steps required to replicate the set of manual tasks and convert them into an automation job.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires an individual who can make significant contributions in the system administration that will solve issues and meet business requirements. The incumbent will need to analyze workflows and business processes and identify features in the automation tool to replicate workflow steps that were/are done manually. This person will contribute in developing solutions within existing business applications.
Responsible for the design and development of medium to highly complex systems.

Works with data and project managers to understand systems and consults with customers to understand needs.
Developments and implements new systems, corrects software errors in existing systems, and works to improve performance through hardware upgrades.

Knowledgeable in programming, data structures, computer systems, and software engineering.
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, software engineering, or other related field.
Ability to manage multiple assignments.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
6-10+ years of experience.
Performs complex analysis, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computer hardware, OSs, and software utilities.
Maintains software such as compilers, link editors, assemblers, utilities, scripts, macros, and subroutines.

Respond to inquiries for support requests from RPA customers and admins
Support end-user RPA client installations, configurations, updates and migrations through problems.

SQL 2012 configuration and troubleshooting
Windows Server 2012 R2 configuration and troubleshooting
Monitor production performance of Win 2012 server alarms, back-end processes, mitigate program failures, and work on escalations
Collaborate with colleagues regarding development best practices for production support environment.
Address network connectivity and configuration
Troubleshoot Windows 2012 OS, IIS, and Services
Experience in developing vbscript, powershell script, windows batch programming and CNET to create monitoring programs and utilities
Experience with REST and Web Services
Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering field
Required Skills:

7+ years of experience supporting Windows in an enterprise environment as a Sr. System admin 5+ years of experience leading application teams to develop secured solutions which can satisfy multiple enterprise security teams
3+ years of experience supporting Applications in Linux in a System Admin role
Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills (technical and non-technical)
Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
Detailed knowledge of Data center policies and procedures
Knowledge of Security architecture, firewall, integrating security products, developing and coordinating security implementation plans.
Experience in devops tools in ansible, Jira, stash and Jenkins
Experience on Mirroring, Clustering and High Availability environment.
Knowledge in Devops tools like, Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, Urban Code
Knowledge in different Integration principles & protocols like SOAP, REST
Good analytical, data analysis, presentation and problem-solving skills
Strong analysis, design and debugging capabilities
