Job Description :
This position is for a RPA/.Net Developer to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment in developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Healthcare Systems. The successful candidate is responsible for participating in the full Agile application development life cycle for new development design, construction, and testing of healthcare applications. The Developer will also participate in peer reviews and unit testing, and must be adaptable to different responsibilities, possess strong communications skills, and have a passion for constantly improving the individual and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows and work closely with offshore teams.
Configuring new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues
Design, develop, and enhance existing applications using a wide variety of technologies including .Net, Windows Forms, and WPF
Independently research technical solutions and product functionality
Develop within an Agile delivery approach which supports incremental development of high-quality, fully tested applications every 2 weeks
Adhere to, promote, and maintain development standards and best practices; participate in code reviews on a regular basis
Monitor production support issues and develop corrective solutions
Assist both development and test teams in activities with acceptance testing and troubleshooting
Support technical documentation deliverables
Work with customer business and technical teams to successfully implement healthcare software solutions
Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements in personal and team processes
Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork and collaboration within the organization, and contribute responsibly to acceptance testing and functional testing

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
7+ years of experience with development in .Net 4.x (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C, including exposure to WPF, MVC
Familiarity with source control tools including Git or TFS
Experience with a wide variety of unit testing tools such as NUnit
Healthcare industry experience
Experience Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue prism, Uipath, Open Span, Work fusion is a plus
