Job Description :
We’re looking for a RPA Consultant with 2+ years of experience to work on a cool Blue Prism project.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and evolution of our clients’ delivery framework, mentor other process developers and deliver automated processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consulting with clients to build roadmaps and see projects through implementation.

This position can be located anywhere but will be required to be onsite 80% of the time.

As the RPA Consultant, you will:

Support the creation and evolution of the delivery framework

Mentor other process developers & delivering automated processes

Provide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the Blue Prism solution & associated methodology to support
colleagues through every phase of the BluePrism delivery lifecycle/accreditation program

Support the Framework Implementation Project Manager in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately
tailored frameworks

Adhere to structured & documented methodologies

Create and maintain solution documentation

Mentor colleagues through the Blue Prism training and accreditation program

Provide advice/guidance on best practice and development techniques

Provide architectural control over solution designs

Ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s delivery teams

Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes

Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements

Design the Blue Prism process solutions in accordance w/ standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions

Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects

Use core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

Support existing processes, and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running off Blue Prism processes

Provide timely responses & solutions as required

Work within project planning constraints

Communicate any identify project risks & issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly

Provide inputs to the change control process

Job Requirements for RPA Consultant:

2+ years of experience developing and testing software on a Windows platform

6+ months of experience developing and implementing automated Blue Prism processes

Blue Prism accredited developer

Experience with business analysis and systems in a structured environment


Must be able to work in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid & repeatable delivery channel

Understanding of workflow-based logic

Must have the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram

Must be able to conceptualize a business process as an automated solution

Must have a proven track record in training/mentoring individuals on development & delivery disciplines

Ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes within the Blue Prism product

Ability to learn quickly

Progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks

Great written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to produce clear and concise documentation

Must be able to present technical details to a non-technical audience

Must be able to work with a structured & methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind

Must have an understanding of/willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines

Have the aptitude for problem solving and the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error

MUST BE a self-starter who delivers high quality work & can adapt to new challenges

Must be able to work either on their own or as part of a team.
