Job Description :
Shift will be 1st with no OT or weekends
Objective of this position will be to look into faulty modules received from a client and create reports of findings. Must be familiar with machining parts and able to breakdown and reassemble.
Must be able to use Microsoft Excel to compile information found on parts. Also use of Powerpoint.
A 2 or 4 year degree is not required but is a great preference.
Must be a team player with a great attitude and great communication skills.

Summary:
Inspect and test processed, machined, fabricated or assembled parts or products for defect, wear, and deviations from specifications.
Typically has a high school diploma.
The technical skills include the knowledge of machines and tools.

Education/Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent experience/training required
Entry level – 2 years experience required
Responsibility level:
Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods (Typically required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring instruments required.
Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status.
Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Analyze test data and make computations as necessary to determine test results.
