Job Description :
Position Summary:

Perform IQC inspection of materials, components and finished devices. Provides support in the maintenance of the quality system within the Company. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that products are in compliance with specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for final QC testing of all Client and third party laser and non-laser platforms and hand pieces

·Perform functional testing as per the documented procedure: Measuring output energies confirming they meet specifications, verifying all paperwork is complete for Device History Records, and visual and cosmetic standards are met.

Audits – Perform ESD audits at predefined interval and document results

Support Quality engineer in verification activity of new products and product involved in adverse event in the field.

Back up for:
Shipping audit of systems, ship kits and hand pieces for client and third party products.
NCR data entry
Inspections of incoming raw material including visual, measurements and certificate reviews.
Material cycle count
Process data entry for final test
Device history record filing

Know company’s quality policy, quality objectives, quality manual and support to achieve them.


Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum two to five years of related QA experience required

Quality process audit certification strongly preferred

Ability to use a variety of testing and measuring instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, photo detector, microscope, etc

Ability to read and understand test procedures and schematics.

Basic understanding of high voltage power supplies and safety

Ability to identify potential product risk and communicate with supporting data to management to prevent failures at the customer site.

High attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary

Strong communication and interaction skills required.

Demonstrated experience in initiating and communicating ideas for process improvements

Computer proficiency required in Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro.
