Experience : 8-10 (Years)
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 5 years related business analysis experience.
Experience eliciting and developing business and system requirements.
Experience in the elicitation and formal management of requirements for multiple, concurrent technology projects.
Experience facilitating meetings and discussions.
Ability to think analytically to identify gaps and ensure completeness of requirements.
Experience in the development of business process scripts and/or hands-on experience with the configuration of business applications.
Candidates must understand commercial/business flow in the pharmaceutical industry.
Work or educational experience in the pharma industry.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.

Role Description:
Works with global team of stakeholders and users to manage communications and change management.
Works with various IT services to ensure on time implementation of systems integrations.
Proactively identifies impacts to project and drives awareness of solutions to further business and IT goals.
Facilitates the processing of SDLC related GxP documentation by communicating on an as needed basis with stakeholders or facilitating electronic workflows.
