Job Title: Quality Management Consultant

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 1 year

Description

The Quality Management Specialist(s) (Contractor), with in-depth knowledge of software quality management (QM), including quality assurance processes, quality control, testing tools and methodologies, will:
Ensure that enterprise quality assurance strategies are represented in Client Information Technology (IT) processes and standards.
Participate in and assist in the quality management activities related to project management processes and testing for the Pension Solution project.
Document QM requirements, QM procedures, QM plans, and reports.
Provide QM support for other CalSTRS efforts on an as-needed basis.
The Contractor may be assigned to one or more teams/programs/projects during the term of the contract, but shall report directly to the Quality Management Lead or designee.

Skills
· Seven years of experience performing Quality Management for a software implementation.
· Five years of hands-on experience developing and building Quality Management Programs.
· Quality Management Support
· Plan Quality Management (QM)
· Develop analytical reports and dashboards.
· Perform Quality Assurance (QA)
· Perform Quality Control
· Provide training on Quality Management
· Examples of anticipated deliverables include, but are not limited to, all of the
· following:
a) Quality Management Plan
b) QA Metrics
c) Gap Analysis and Separation of Duties
d) QA Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey
e) QA Analysis Reports and Dashboard
f) QA process improvement reports
