Our greater Portland, Maine area client is looking to bring on a Quality Engineering Manager capable of serving as the strategic leader on all objectives relating to their internal information management system. In this rewarding role, you''ll overseeing the efforts on this client''s highest-profile, custom application. With your skills in strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, you''ll influence others to produce the highest quality product by overseeing all the testing efforts across several different development streams.
What you''ll get to do:
Be the strategic leader of all objectives and direct the QE solutions
Lead all the test planning and strategies for a unified approach to testing
Grow, manage, mentor, and lead a team of QA engineers
Work with the QE team to develop policies and practices that improve the overall testing process
Establish key metrics and KPI''s; lead quality reporting
Must have skills:
7+ years experience leading teams in Quality Engineering
Establish a data-driven and structured approach to full software quality engineering
Experience with Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Experience with DevOps, BDD, TDD and dynamic practices
System and application functional, and performance testing experience
Agile Methodology
