Job Description :
The Quality Assurance Tester will provide support through the development and execution of functional test scenarios related to the implementation of Daily modules, a route and personnel scheduling and tracking platform. This position will perform the following activities and examples, as well as other related tasks as the needs arise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Work Modernization Program functions through functional testing or the Daily modules
Review and reference the program requirements and design documentation
Develop and document detailed test scenarios and expected results for system, including application changes, security/user permission changes, integrations and reports based on program requirements and/or design
Create test data as needed and execute test scenarios according to the test plan
Support the end-user acceptance testing through planning, execution and defect resolution
Support performance testing as necessary through scenario execution
Log and track defects through retest / closure by working with the functional, integration and technical teams as well as with change management and project management as needed
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Experience with functional testing of an enterprise application
Experience with an employee work schedule f time tracking system preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and team members
Strong own and written communication skills and detail oriented
