Quality Assurance Analyst – o365
Location: Lincolnshire, IL

Overview:
Microsoft O365 Exchange Online QA analyst needed to support large divestiture moving 20,000+ mailboxes from Office 365 Dedicated (BPOS-D) to multi-tenant. This role works closely with the messaging team and consultants to gather use cases, develop test plans, document the operating model and produce runbooks. PowerShell scripting experience for performing data analysis on large lists is required.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, such as Office 365 Dedicated to Multi-Tenant.
Expert level PowerShell scripting capabilities is desired
Experience using Excel pivot tables, filters and lookups to analyze data
Microsoft Fast Track migration tools and Migration Wiz a plus.
Experience:
5+ years Office 365 Exchange Online
5+ years advanced MS Office
3+ designing/developing/reviewing test automation scripts
3+ years operations documentation and IT service transition
3+ years PowerShell
Knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Intune, Skype, Lotus Domino, Mailgate and Symantec encryption services (SEMS) is a plus.
