Quality Assurance Analyst (Automated / Manual)
Allentown, PA
Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor''s Degree (or equivalent relevant work experience)
1 to 5 years testing experience with software, preferably web-based
Experience testing mobile apps
Ability to interpret customer requirements from text, screen samples, user stories, process flow/state diagrams, etc., as well as technical design documents, in order to provide meaningful feedback, identify risks, and create comprehensive test plans/strategies
Ability to develop and apply quality processes for new and existing products
Ability to estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
Ability to track quality metrics and provide reports (defect counts & density, traceability, etc
Ability to write and execute test scripts
Ability to properly identify and document defects
Understanding of different types of testing (UI/UX, functional, regression, exploratory, cross browser, etc
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with a team, both on- and off-shore
Ability to work with customers to provide assistance with User Acceptance Testing
Understanding of Agile/Scrum
Understanding of Restful Web Services
