POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction of the designated Manager, individual will be responsible for Technical Administration and Operations of the QlikView and Qlik Sense environments. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, user administration, security management, object migrations, ODBC configuration, server administration, general Active Directory Administration, and troubleshooting of object reloads. Responsibilities include supporting both end users and developers, code deployments, application upgrades, performance monitoring, and tuning of the Qlik landscapes. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying opportunities to utilize the technology to solve technical and business problems as well as provide remediation support during incident and event resolution. This role will help refine best practice standards for the Enterprise Business Intelligence Team and further support our continuous improvement programs. This position is for Administration of QlikView and Qlik Sense, this IS NOT a developer position, general development skills are beneficial but not required.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Installation and tuning of Qlik products suite.
2. Maintaining stability and performance of the Qlik platforms and related support applications such as QlikMaps and NPrinting.
3. Manage users using appropriate Active Directory Groups and assigning security as needed in Qlik.
4. Configuring Qlik View and Qlik Sense integration points with Salesforce and .Net portals.
5. Managing custom properties and writing complex QliK Sense security rules.
6. Update and troubleshoot Server ODBC connections as needed for Qlik
7. Manage and conduct general Server Administration.
8. Perform Qlik application upgrades and patches as needed.
9. Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotational support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
10. Work closely with other teams to remediate Qlik issues. (server, network, database, Qlik Developers)
11. Coordinate with service teams to prioritize daily work for deployments, application upgrades, performance testing support, and defect resolutions.
12. Will participate in the IT Change Management process to schedule and support all related changes.
13. Provide support for new projects affecting the Enterprise Business Intelligence landscape.
14. Apply ITIL methodologies.
15. Contributes to cost versus benefit measures and analysis.
16. Performs related duties as assigned.
17. Travel is estimated at 5%

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Normally requires a minimum of seven (7) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Qlik Technical Administration and Operations support. Requires experience with implementation, operating, and performance management of Enterprise QlikView and Qlik Sense systems. Experience with PowerBI, BusinessObjects or SAS is a plus.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. 7 years’ experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense supporting an Enterprise environment. (1000+ Users)
2. 3 years’ experience with Qlik Sense supporting an Enterprise environment. (3000+ Users)
3. 2 years’ experience with Nprinting.
4. Working knowledge of MS Windows Server, and Active Directory Administration.
5. Hands on experience with Qlik view and Qlik Sense integration with Salesforce and .Net portal.
6. Must possess a strong troubleshooting aptitude.
7. Ability to document standard operating procedures and best practice to support environment of continuous improvement.
8. Solid understanding of business requirements and ability to apply supporting solutions.
9. Strong Self Starter and ability to provide training and support.
10. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
11. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
12. Good interpersonal skills and strong supportive team player required.

19. Experience with PowerBI, BusinessObjects Enterprise, Crystal Reports, or SAS is a plus.
