Responsibilities
? ? ? ? Test, assess, and validate security of products and sub-components, as well as partners’ systems and interfaces.
? ? ? ? Educate engineers with security practice and technologies, and help them secure their products
? ? ? ? Help define product security roadmap and strategy
? ? ? ? Supervise in house and external penetrating test engagements
? ? ? ? Promote our security outreach programs
Qualifications
? ? ? ? BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience or evidence of exceptional ability
? ? ? ? 5+ years of experience in penetration testing
? ? ? ? Advanced experience in reverse engineering
? ? ? ? Proficient with penetrating testing in one or more following areas:
? ? ? ? Mobile apps and mobile devices
? ? ? ? Cloud applications and infrastructure
? ? ? ? Hardware and embedded systems and interfaces (e.g., USB, JTAG, and serial)
? ? ? ? Wireless interfaces (e.g., LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, BLE)
? ? ? ? Vehicle networks (e.g., CAN, LIN, and Ethernet) and protocols (e.g., UDS, DoIP, OBD-II)
? ? ? ? Proven experience auditing code, features, and system designs.
? ? ? ? Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
? ? ? ? In-depth Linux kernel knowledge a plus
? ? ? ? Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required
