Job Description :
Gather, define and document the QAD business needs and requirements, providing options and recommendations for solutions
Data verification between various QAD systems, external cloud solution JDA and MDM system
Verification of batch job for data interfaces between QAD and other systems.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Act as a point of contact for local resources that need support on processes or systems
Develop and deploy QAD capabilities to meet business needs
Train users on how to utilize the tools available and make process improvements, minimizing the need for system changes or development where applicable
Supports the uptime and availability of the QAD applications and integrations
Provide the necessary operational and analytical reporting of QAD data, including various internal/external integrations
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
