Job Description :
Position: Sr. Quality Analyst with Tibco experience required! – HealthCare Experience Must
Job Req Duration: 12 months – Contract-to-hire, must be gc/usc only
Job location: Downtown Dayton
Process: phone/in-person and open to Skype/WebEx
Skills and Experience Required:
SQA for ESB Team that is also matrixed into the CTS Team. 1st priority to support the 5 developers on CTS focused on WebServices/Tibco, 2nd priority to pick up ESB cards when available
SQA/BA Experience
Strong WebServices/SoapUI Experience
Strong SQL Experience
Programming/Automation experience a Plus
Tibco Experience
Demonstration of leadership ability (leading efforts not necessarily people)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of quality analysts to manage the requirements and testing process of assigned application development
Work closely with customer, business partners, project managers and team members to understand business requirements
Work with Developers and Department managers to develop, maintain, implement and execute a quality assurance process
Responsible to develop routine tests and coordinate testing efforts for all assigned applications and code base
Complete business analysis
Review team documents for completeness, providing input and direction to maintain the standards integrity of documentation
Manage the requirements gathering process
