Requirements:
background in automotive manufacturer(Mandatory)
BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related business/technical field or equivalent experience is required.
5 – 10 years of Testing/QA experience, which includes development of test plans, test cases/script, coordinating testing activities.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Toyota has two project development lifecycles. One is the traditional waterfall and the other is following Scrum best practices. This project may incorporate a hybrid of the two methodologies. Knowledge and experience on working with Scrum is a plus
