Job Description: Test Consultant (Retail, RMS)

Essential Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
Experience in the retail industry a must
Hands-on experience in RMS systems, preferably in Inventory Management and Sales Audit functions (ReIM and ReSA)
Demonstrated ability to review business requirements and translate into testing plans and scripts
Experience creating manual test scripts
Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
Experience with creating mock data and manipulating data, and executing database queries to validate data and metrics via scripts and programming.
Experience working with vendors through test lifecycle and to ensure SLA compliance
Experience using Defect Tracking/Test Management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, SmartBear ALM Complete, or equivalent
Detailed organizational and coordination skills
Ability to clearly communicate to business users, IT development groups, and external vendors
Ability to communicate clearly; in writing, by phone and in person
Ability to build test plans and estimate testing effort for cross functional projects
Ability to work closely with Cross-functional teams
Ability to understand business processes and integration of those processes into the systems to ensure complete end to end testing of software
Proven problem solving, training, and analytical skills

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in any Marketplace Implementation is a plus.
