Job Description :
Location: Columbia MD
Duration: 4-5 Months
The candidate must be in US for at least 3 years.
Testing Specialist
Develop test cases and expected results in ALM
Execute manual test case procedures utilizing ALM
Develop test plans, test cases, scenarios, and other related lifecycle documentation
Track defects from discovery to successful correction, verification and validation with minimal guidance
Coordinate work activities with other project team members
Participate in requirement and test case peer reviews
Display necessary flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks
Display the ability to be self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
Display the ability to work independently
Accurately estimate work effort associated with test case creation and test case execution
Author clear and concise test cases for test case deliverables in a timely manner
Ability to prioritize and perform work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Displays the ability to write test plans for customer delivery
Learn at least one new minor/major functionality every month/quarter.
Show flexibility to move across different modules and get exposure across different areas.
Knowledge of databases and back end testing is required
