Position : QA Test Manager
Location : Louisville, KY
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Test lead with 12+ years of experience in Automation & Manual testing
Should have worked as Test Manager and understand the Testing deliverables
Should have extensive experience in Agile, SI Methodologies.
Should have experience in Healthcare domain
Ability to design test automation strategy and framework
Experience developing and maintaining key relationships with all impacted business and technology areas.
Experience following best practices and enterprise standards for the automation testing process.
Ability to comprehend business requirements to formulate test scenarios for cross-team collaboration.
Ability to create and prioritize test cases for functional and non-functional tests at all test levels for applications within a domain.
Ability to perform testing in accordance with develop automation test scripts, using the appropriate UFT/Selenium testing tools and techniques.
Ability to perform appropriate escalation on severe or aging defects.
Ability to partner with business analysts and developers to ensure early artifacts clearly define success criteria and enable proper validation.
Ability to partner with Testing Consultants and Quality Assurance Leaders for educational opportunities.
Ability to mentor other Test Engineers.
Working knowledge of Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge of Agile Development methodologies
Ability to write and execute SQL
Experience in problem analysis and troubleshooting within complex environments
Should be able to identify Risks & provide mitigation plans
Should have experience in API testing with SoapUI
Experience in facilitating cross-functional team efforts
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
