*Job Level Specific Duties*
Conducts medium complex technical QA activities related to application defects, testing and deployment issues.
Prepares documentation, feasibility, and testing studies directed toward customer and technology standards and compliance.
Prepares testing and reporting documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects.

Typically requires 2-4 years relevant experience.
*Minimum Education and Certifications*
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
*Skills*
Knowledge of software quality assurance methodology.
Proficient with requirements gathering tools.
Good knowledge of project management tools and concepts.
