Job Description:
-The QA/Test Leadis responsible for identifying current state of processes, eliciting their useful and harmful attributes, documenting process models, and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs.
-Conducts interviews with various business organizational units, IT staff, and senior management to gain insight on current state of processes
-Analyzes business processes, procedures, organization structure, etc. in order to identify problems and determine solutions for application development, maintenance and support processes
-Models “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using workflow and process engines and documents gap analysis
-Works collaboratively with CMMI/ITIL Master, Project Manager, and Technical Architects to tailor processes and tools for the process improvement project
-Assists in the implementation of improved processes creating training artifacts and providing training to end users
-Applies strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
-Develops and maintains effective relationships with the client, management, and team members
-Accepts and performs other tasks as directed by director or management -Ideal candidate will be ITIL certified and experienced in a CMM or CMMI ML3 organization.
