Job Description
- 10+ years of Software Testing experience
- Good attitude and willing to learn new technology
- Expert in defining Technical Test Requirement, Design, Estimation
- Must be able to lead team of onshore-offshore automation engineers
- Must be able to work and lead multiple engineering automation projects
- Expert in Python and building automation frameworks

- Good to have: Machine Learning, Jenkins, Unix/Windows Shell Scripting, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Gradle, JIRA

Job Responsibilities

- Lead multiple engineering automation projects with team of onshore/offshore/nearshore automation test engineers
- Work horizontally among multiple Scrum teams and represent Automation Team in all technical discussions
- Work with Product Owners, Architects & DevOps, Engineers in identifying & defining technical testing requirements/dependencies in Epics/User Stories
- Lead JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions and build application automation design and frameworks
- Mentor automation test engineers and help resolve technical issues
- Build core application frameworks/features and resolve issues
- Work with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security teams in getting issues resolved
- Define test strategy for projects
