Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
In the role of tester, you will Work closely with the Development team to insure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed.
Participate and support the user acceptance testing if needed.
Support Performance Testing if needed.

Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Experience in preparing Test Plan and Test Strategies.
At least 2 years of experience in Testing Lifecycle and Defect management process in HP ALM.
Ability to triage defect and work with development teams to ensure defect life cycle is followed.
Must understand and demonstrate Database concepts, SQL query techniques and application architecture.
At least 2 years of manual and automated testing experience in validating web applications, application integrations, reports, forms and database code.
Proficient in web services, Interface and Batch Testing developing or using automation tools.
Experienced in the testing of the UI screens with knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
Experience in Cross Browser Testing.
Preferably having 1 year experience in SACWIS area
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
